It offers fully furnished 1, 2 and 3-bedroom residences and exclusive duplex homes with high ceilings, panoramic glazing and duplex terraces with private rooftop spaces. 1-bedrooms of about 861 to 992 sqft start from around AED 2.24M, 2-bedrooms of about 1,801 sqft from AED 3.5M, 3-bedrooms of about 1,694 sqft from AED 4.6M and 4-bedroom duplexes of about 3,593 sqft from AED 7.8M. Residents get a rooftop infinity pool and sun deck, open-air yoga terrace, gym, clubhouse, green courtyard, kids' play areas, Jacuzzi, BBQ areas, landscaped promenades, VIP parking and EV charging. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on completion. Imtiaz reports the building at 21% overall progress, with completion estimated in Q3 2027.
