Bay Grove Residences is a waterfront apartment community by Nakheel in the marina district of Island B, Dubai Islands. The first phase launched in December 2024 and sold out, and Nakheel has since released further buildings, with the final phase made up of four residential towers. The final phase offers 1 to 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses, including 2-bedroom layouts with maid's rooms. 1-bedroom apartments start from about 907 sqft and AED 2M, 2-bedrooms from about AED 3.11M, 3-bedrooms from about AED 4.94M and 4-bedrooms from about AED 10.33M. Residents get an infinity pool with sea views, indoor and outdoor pools, private beach access, a gym and yoga space, landscaped gardens, children's playgrounds, a private lounge and pet-friendly facilities with a wash and grooming area. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% on handover. Bay Grove is freehold and open to all nationalities.
