The Meriva Collection is a beachfront residential community by Ellington Properties on Island B of Dubai Islands. Launched in 2026, it brings together six buildings of different architectural character, including Meriva Sunset, Meriva Signature, Meriva Shores and Meriva Gardens, set around landscaped gardens and the beach. Homes range from 1-bedroom apartments of about 800 sqft to 3-bedroom apartments of about 1,700 sqft, plus 2-bedroom-plus-studio layouts and penthouses of up to about 5,600 sqft. Prices start from about AED 2.7M for a 1-bedroom, AED 3.8M for a 2-bedroom, AED 4.6M for a 2-bedroom plus studio and AED 5.9M for a 3-bedroom. Residents get infinity pools, private beach access, a fitness centre, spa, restaurants, landscaped gardens, children's play areas and 24/7 security. The payment plan is 70% during construction and 30% on handover, with completion expected in Q2 2030. The community is freehold and open to all nationalities.
