Hado is the first residential phase of Siora, Beyond's Japanese-inspired beachfront masterplan on Island B of Dubai Islands. Siora spans more than 2 million sqft with over 70% given to green space and about 6 km of continuous beachfront. Beyond is backed by the Omniyat Group. Hado brings three 21-storey towers with 1 to 3-bedroom apartments, 3 and 4-bedroom duplexes and a small number of 4-bedroom simplex homes. 1-bedrooms range from about 720 to 900 sqft and 4-bedrooms from about 2,400 to 3,200 sqft. Prices start from about AED 2.2M for a 1-bedroom, AED 3.1M for a 2-bedroom, AED 4.5M for a 3-bedroom and AED 6.8M for a 4-bedroom. Residents get an infinity pool, private beach access, a gym, yoga and meditation deck, kids' club, residents' lounge, cigar room, show and service kitchens, landscaped gardens, a jogging track and retail. The payment plan is 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover, with completion expected in Q3 2029.
