Sunset Bay is a waterfront residential building by Imtiaz Developments on Island A of Dubai Islands, launched in December 2024 and the first of the Sunset Bay series. Homes feature sweeping terraces, airy balconies and open views. 1-bedrooms of about 950 to 1,270 sqft start from around AED 1.69M, 2-bedrooms of about 1,350 to 2,690 sqft from around AED 2.5M and 3-bedroom duplexes of about 2,090 to 2,370 sqft from around AED 4.6M. Residents get a rooftop pool with pool deck, clubhouse, gym, Jacuzzi, outdoor cinema, water lounges and sunken lounges, outdoor dining and BBQ areas, outdoor yoga spaces, a kids' playground and landscaped green promenades. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on completion. Imtiaz reports 95% overall progress, with completion estimated in November 2026.
