Sunset Bay 3 is a waterfront residential building by Imtiaz Developments on Island A of Dubai Islands, launched in March 2025. It offers 1 and 2-bedroom apartments and exclusive 3-bedroom penthouses, with curved balconies, expansive terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows facing the water. Launch prices started from about AED 1.9M for a 1-bedroom of around 942 sqft, AED 2.8M for a 2-bedroom of around 1,498 sqft and AED 4.3M for a 3-bedroom of around 2,058 sqft. Homes are fully furnished with Miele kitchens, Gessi fittings and Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware. The project is sold out with the developer. Residents get rooftop infinity pools, outdoor yoga spaces, private Jacuzzis, a clubhouse, gym, kids' zone, BBQ areas, landscaped seating areas, water features and EV charging. The payment plan was 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on completion. Imtiaz reports 52% overall progress, with completion estimated in Q1 2027.
