Sea Cliff is a sea-facing residential tower by Imtiaz Developments on Island A of Dubai Islands, launched in February 2026 as the developer's 16th project on the island. The AED 600 million building rises to 14 residential floors above two podium parking levels. It offers 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and exclusive 4-bedroom duplexes, some with private pools. 1-bedrooms of about 727 sqft start from around AED 1.995M, 2-bedrooms of about 1,390 sqft from AED 3.15M, 3-bedrooms of about 1,578 sqft from AED 4.56M and 4-bedroom duplexes of about 4,063 sqft from AED 6.9M. Homes are delivered fully furnished with smart home systems and finishes in collaboration with Hermès, Villeroy & Boch and Miele. Residents get an infinity pool, kids' pool and wet deck, a pavilion clubhouse, outdoor cinema, outdoor gym, yoga zone, jogging track, fire-pit seating, garden BBQ areas and games areas. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 30% during construction in six 5% instalments and 50% on handover. Completion is expected in Q1 2028.
