Prices start from about AED 2.5M, with individual unit prices on request. Residents get a rooftop pool with sea and skyline views, a pool deck, a gym and direct beach access. The Deira Island Bridge puts shopping, schools and much of central Dubai within about 15 to 20 minutes. The payment plan is 60/40: 10% on booking, 50% during construction and 40% on handover, with completion expected in Q2 2027.
