Côtier House is a marina-front residential building by Imtiaz Developments on Island A of Dubai Islands, launched in January 2025. Its ocean-inspired architecture uses flowing curves, floor-to-ceiling windows and open layouts with sea and marina views. Homes include 1-bedroom apartments of about 900 sqft from around AED 2.4M, 2-bedrooms of about 1,200 sqft from AED 3.4M, 3-bedroom apartments of about 1,900 sqft, 3-bedroom terrace houses of about 2,050 sqft from AED 6.2M, duplex suites, and 3 and 4-bedroom penthouses. All are delivered with curated furniture. The project is sold out with the developer. Residents get a rooftop infinity pool, separate adult and family pools, gym, sauna and steam, clubhouse, hotel-style lobby, kids' playground and zone, Jacuzzi, BBQ area and landscaped promenades. The payment plan was 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on completion. Imtiaz reports 52% overall progress, with completion estimated in Q1 2027.
