Côtier House 2 is a marina-front residential building by Imtiaz Developments on Island A of Dubai Islands, launched in April 2025. It offers studios to 3-bedroom apartments, 3 and 4-bedroom duplexes, 3-bedroom townhouses and penthouses, all delivered fully furnished with bespoke interiors. 1-bedrooms of about 965 sqft launched from around AED 3.3M and 2-bedrooms of about 1,345 sqft from around AED 5.1M. Larger homes run up to about 3,352 sqft for a 3-bedroom penthouse. The project is sold out with the developer. Residents get a rooftop infinity pool, gym, sauna and steam rooms, clubhouse, outdoor yoga retreat, kids' playground and indoor kids' zone, landscaped gardens, marina access and 24-hour concierge. The payment plan was 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on completion. Imtiaz reports 18% overall progress, with completion estimated in Q2 2027.
