Beach Walk Residence is the first Beach Walk building by Imtiaz Developments on Island A of Dubai Islands. In March 2026 it became the first residential project handed over on Dubai Islands by any developer. The building holds 80 fully furnished residences: studios of about 629 to 739 sqft, 1-bedroom apartments of about 451 to 1,349 sqft and 2-bedroom apartments of about 1,549 to 1,860 sqft, including balconies. It sits opposite a shopping destination and close to the beach. The project is sold out with the developer. Units trade on the resale market, with Property Finder listing prices from about AED 1.94M. Residents get a rooftop infinity pool, clubhouse, gym, kids' playground and zone, BBQ area, outdoor yoga retreat, landscaped gardens, direct access to parks and a grand entrance lounge.
