Beach Walk Residence II is an eight-storey beachfront residence by Imtiaz Developments on Island A of Dubai Islands, launched in August 2024. It offers 1 and 2-bedroom apartments and 3-bedroom duplexes with open layouts, spacious balconies and double-height ceilings in select units. 1-bedrooms of about 948 sqft launched from around AED 2.1M, 2-bedrooms of about 1,131 sqft from around AED 2.6M and 3-bedroom duplexes of about 2,592 sqft from around AED 4.9M. The project is sold out with the developer. Residents get an adult-only rooftop infinity pool, family pool, gym, outdoor yoga retreat, clubhouse, BBQ area, rooftop garden, zen garden, Jacuzzi, kids' play area and a grand lobby with meet-and-greet lounge. The payment plan was 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on completion. Imtiaz reports construction 100% complete, with completion scheduled for Q2 2026.
