The building has 12 residential floors above two podium parking levels and holds 112 homes: 54 one-bedroom apartments of about 850 to 1,252 sqft, 54 two-bedroom apartments of about 1,000 to 1,588 sqft and 4 three-bedroom penthouses of about 3,600 to 3,900 sqft. All residences are delivered fully furnished with smart home systems and European kitchens. The project is sold out with the developer. Units trade on the resale market, with Property Finder listing prices from about AED 2.5M. Residents get four crystal lagoons, an adult-only rooftop infinity pool, family pool, indoor gym, outdoor yoga retreat, clubhouse, zen garden, rooftop garden, Jacuzzi, kids' play area, BBQ area and a meet-and-greet lounge. The payment plan was 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on completion. Imtiaz reports 71% overall progress, with completion estimated in November 2026. The Infinity Bridge is about 5 minutes away and Dubai International Airport about 12 minutes.
