About Aria

Aria is a 37-storey residential tower in Dubai Maritime City, first launched in June 2023 as Omniyat's Anwa Aria and now counted among Beyond's Maritime City projects. It holds about 177 homes, and Beyond reported the structure complete and the building 72.9% built by March 2026. Homes include studios of about 383 sqft, 1-bedroom apartments of about 826 sqft, 2-bedroom apartments of about 1,450 sqft, 3-bedroom townhouses of about 3,913 sqft, 3-bedroom duplexes of about 4,469 sqft, 3-bedroom penthouses of about 4,554 sqft and 4-bedroom townhouses of about 4,772 sqft. Residents get sea-view infinity pool, gym, yoga studio, kids' play area, BBQ areas and promenade access. Payment plan details are available on request. Completion is expected in Q1 2027. The project is sold out with the developer, and homes now trade on the resale market.
