About Saria
Saria is the first project by Beyond, the Omniyat-backed developer, and the opening tower of its 8 million sq ft waterfront masterplan in Dubai Maritime City. Launched in September 2024, the single tower holds about 368 homes with 3.1-metre floor-to-ceiling windows and wraparound balconies, and was 10.32% built by March 2026. Homes include 1-bedroom apartments of about 758 sqft from around AED 1.7M, 2-bedroom apartments of about 1,257 sqft from around AED 3M, 2-bedroom duplexes of about 1,399 sqft from around AED 3M, 3-bedroom apartments of about 1,632 sqft from around AED 5.1M, 3-bedroom duplexes of about 1,945 sqft from around AED 5.1M and 4-bedroom penthouses of about 2,935 sqft from around AED 11M. Residents get indoor and outdoor infinity pools, gym, yoga studio, spa, private cinema, padel court, cycle track, children's play area and private rooftop terraces for penthouses. The payment plan is 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover. Completion is expected in Q1 2028. The project is sold out with the developer, and homes now trade on the resale market.
