About The Mural
The Mural is Beyond's fourth project in Dubai Maritime City, launched in April 2025. Designed by UK architects BENOY, the 36-storey tower is made of two interlocking volumes tilted towards the sea and the forest, topped by a Level-32 Sky Terrace with Jacuzzis and sky dining. Homes include 1-bedroom apartments of about 749 sqft from around AED 2.47M, 2-bedroom apartments of about 1,185 sqft from around AED 4.5M, 3-bedroom apartments of about 1,563 sqft, 3-bedroom duplexes of about 2,024 sqft and 4-bedroom penthouses of about 5,778 sqft. Residents get infinity pool complex, gym, yoga zone, landscaped terraces with BBQ and dining, children's play areas, outdoor co-working and level-32 Sky Terrace with Jacuzzis and sky dining. The payment plan is 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover. Completion is expected in Q2 2028. The project is sold out with the developer, and homes now trade on the resale market.
