About Orise

Orise is Beyond's second project in Dubai Maritime City, launched in December 2024. Designed by Nabil Gholam Architects with interiors by HBA, it has about 530 homes across two towers, 62,000 sq m of floor area and more than 30 layout options, and is built to LEED green building standards. Homes include 1-bedroom apartments of about 758 sqft from around AED 1.92M, 2-bedroom apartments of about 1,284 sqft from around AED 3M, 3-bedroom apartments of about 1,658 sqft, 2-bedroom duplexes / chalets of about 2,023 sqft from around AED 5.2M, 3-bedroom duplexes / chalets of about 2,475 sqft from around AED 7.9M and 4-bedroom penthouses of about 5,486 sqft. Residents get infinity pools, 6,500 sq m of private gardens, half-floor gym, yoga studios, zen garden, co-working lounges, kids' indoor and outdoor areas, BBQ zone, waterfront promenade and smart home automation. The payment plan is 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover. Completion is expected in Q1 2028. The project is sold out with the developer, and homes now trade on the resale market.
