About Talea
Talea is the first residential tower in Beyond's Forest District, billed as the region's first forest district by the sea, launched in Dubai Maritime City in August 2025. The district has 65,000 sq m of parks, including 55,000 sq m of native woodland with up to 75% tree canopy, and the tower holds about 354 homes. The project is sold out with the developer, and homes now trade on the resale market.
