About Oystra

Oystra is a seafront community by Richmind on the edge of Treasure Island, Al Marjan Island, just minutes from Wynn Al Marjan Island, the UAE's first integrated resort with a licensed casino, which is due to open in September 2027. Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, with Dewan Architects + Engineers as executive architect, HBA interiors and Cracknell landscaping, it has about 850 residences in four interconnected towers joined by a curved steel bridge. Homes range from 1 to 4-bedroom apartments to duplexes, sky villas and limited-edition penthouses, with prices from AED 2.9 million. Apartment sizes include 1-bedroom apartment (about 843 sq ft); 2-bedroom apartment (about 1,189 sq ft); 3-bedroom apartment (about 2,116 sq ft); Penthouse (Phase 2) from AED 75M. Residents get more than 50 amenities, including a 360-degree rooftop infinity pool, a 150 m crystal lagoon with beach access, a beach club, a branded spa, gyms and training studios, yoga pavilions, padel courts, a golf simulator, private cabanas, rooftop dining, a pet park and 24/7 concierge. Phase 1 sold out and Phase 2 (penthouses and duplexes) launched in January 2026. The payment plan is 50% during construction and 50% on handover, with handover in Q2 2029.
