Costa Mare is Ellington Properties' beachfront community on Al Marjan Island, about 2 minutes from Wynn Al Marjan Island, the UAE's first integrated resort with a licensed casino, opening in September 2027, with views towards the resort. Residents get private beach access, a family pool with kids' pool, a leisure and lounge pool, indoor and outdoor gyms and yoga studios, steam, sauna and ice-flake room, a cinema room, indoor and outdoor kids' play areas, pet gardens, garden seating and campfire areas, F&B and retail, and AI-powered smart home features. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 10% at 90 days, 10% at 180 days, six 5% instalments during construction and 30% on completion, with handover in Q3 2028.
