HQ by Rove (also called Rove HQ) is a hospitality-led office building by IRTH Group and Rove Hotels at Marasi Bay in Business Bay, facing the Dubai Canal with views of Burj Khalifa. Offices come fully furnished and smart-equipped, with modular layouts that can be open, semi-open or closed, balconies or private outdoor courtyards and plenty of natural light. Office formats include Studio, Deluxe, Executive, Simplex Edge, the double-height Loft Collection and à la carte suites, sold individually, as partial floors or as whole floors.
