Christian A. Rockefeller Tower is an upcoming 85-storey Grade A office tower by Continental Investments in Business Bay, Dubai, a short walk from Bay Avenue and about five minutes from Downtown Dubai and The Dubai Mall. The project was registered with the Dubai Land Department in September 2026 (project no. 4171), with construction starting in October 2026 and completion planned for Q2 2030. The tower is planned with 338 commercial units: offices in a range of sizes plus retail and F&B space, above three basement levels of parking.
