ENARA is OMNIYAT's waterfront office building at Marasi Bay in Business Bay, next to The Lana, Dorchester Collection, in the Burj Khalifa district. Designed by Gensler, the 21-level building has about 378,600 sq ft of office space in just 34 offices: 28 Grand offices from about 8,321 sq ft and 6 Ultra-Grand offices from about 11,829 sq ft, most taking a whole floor with private lifts and private terraces. Offices are delivered shell and core. The building targets LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Platinum, and OMNIYAT calls it the UAE's first triple-Platinum office building. Office formats include Grand office (full floor) (about 8,321 sq ft); Ultra-Grand office (about 11,829 sq ft). Amenities include a private Members' Club on levels 1–2, Michelin-star dining, a business and conference suite, a spa with lap pool, a fitness centre, a landscaped sky deck, private terraces on every floor, private jetty access to The Lana and office, wellness and lifestyle concierge. There are 560 parking spaces and 12 office lifts. The payment plan is 70/30: 5% booking, 20% on SPA, 45% across construction milestones and 30% on completion.
