Burj Capital is Centurion Properties' office tower on Al Marasi Drive in Business Bay, facing the Dubai Water Canal. Designed by HKS, the 26-storey tower has about 940,000 sq ft of built-up area with 238 shell-and-core offices and 5 retail units, a 33-metre grand lobby and automated smart parking. Offices range from about 750 sq ft to full floors of 14,100 sq ft, with Executive offices on levels 2–13, a Canal Sky Garden on level 14 and Sky offices on levels 15–26. Offices available include Type D office (about 742 sq ft) from AED 2.58M; Type A office (about 1,197 sq ft) from AED 5.15M; Type C office (about 1,352 sq ft) from AED 5.81M; Type B office (about 2,295 sq ft) from AED 9.87M; Full floor (about 14,100 sq ft). Amenities include a swimming pool and jacuzzi, a yoga deck, a gym, pickleball and padel courts, a rooftop running track, amphitheatre seating, the Canal Sky Garden, a Skyline Lounge viewing deck, co-working zones and meeting pods, an outdoor play area and street-level retail. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover.
