Le Château is the first residential launch in EVERMORE, BEYOND Developments' AED 25 billion masterplan on Marjan Beach, the mainland beachfront directly opposite Wynn Al Marjan Island, the UAE's first integrated resort with a licensed casino, opening in September 2027. BEYOND was launched by OMNIYAT Group in 2024. The 31-storey tower has about 257 residences inspired by French classical architecture, from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom apartments, and was launched in February 2026 from about AED 2.15 million. Layouts include 1-bedroom apartment (about 793 sq ft); 2-bedroom apartment (about 1,235 sq ft); 3-bedroom apartment (about 1,644 sq ft). Amenities include an adults' infinity pool, gym, outdoor yoga and sports areas, landscaped gardens and courtyards, a children's play area, residents' lounge, concierge and beach access within EVERMORE's 3.5 km of beachfront. Developer stock is sold out, so units are available on request. The launch payment plan was 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover, with handover in Q4 2029.
