DAMAC Islands 2 is DAMAC Properties' seventh master community, a 20 million sq ft development in Dubailand themed on eight island destinations: Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Cuba, Maui, Mauritius and Tahiti. About AED 11 billion was sold within five hours of the November 2025 launch. The community has more than 45 eco-focused amenities built around nature, wellness, adventure, social and cultural themes. Homes include 4-bedroom townhouses of about 2,185 sqft, 5-bedroom townhouses of about 2,829 sqft, 5-bedroom twin villas of about 3,492 sqft and 6-bedroom villas of about 6,276 sqft. Residents get tranquil Lake and Eco Park, whispering Waterfall, botanic Garden, island Vida Wellness, sky Woods Adventure, zen Garden, hydrotherapy zones, treehouse trails, sky zipline park, adventure playgrounds, outdoor cinema, co-working pods, crystal lagoons and floating decks. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 55% during construction and 25% on handover. Completion is expected in Q4 2030.
