DAMAC Islands is DAMAC Properties' sixth master community, a 30 million sq ft development in Dubailand themed on six tropical island destinations: Maldives, Bora Bora, Seychelles, Hawaii, Bali and Fiji. It is planned for 5,915 villas and townhouses. The November 2024 launch sold more than AED 10.2 billion in 24 hours, a Guinness World Record for revenue from a real estate launch. Homes include 4-bedroom townhouses of about 2,208 sqft, 5-bedroom townhouses of about 3,178 sqft, 6-bedroom villas of about 4,440 sqft and 7-bedroom villas of about 17,079 sqft. Residents get lagoons, cascading waterfall lagoon, jungle river, aqua Dome, aqua park, hot springs spa, jungle swings, bird park, mini-golf island, paddle boat rides, wedding venue, dining venues, gyms, jogging tracks, clubhouses and play areas and splash zones. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 55% during construction and 25% on handover. Completion is expected in Q4 2029.
