AHS Tower is AHS Properties' redevelopment of the unfinished "Big Ben" tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Trade Centre 2, a few minutes from DIFC, the Museum of the Future and Downtown Dubai. Redesigned by Killa Design with interiors by AHS Atelier, the 69-storey, 328-metre tower has about 80 Grade A offices, 17 high-speed lifts, more than 500 parking spaces and direct access to the Dubai Metro. Offices come as half floors of about 2,964–3,625 sq ft and full floors of about 6,278–6,695 sq ft. Office formats include Half-floor office (about 2,964 sq ft); Full-floor office (about 6,278 sq ft). Amenities run from a grand lobby, coffee bar, retail concept store and art space to the Ascent Clubhouse, a members' club, barber and beauty salons, a private fitness club on level 62, a wellness centre with pool, jacuzzi, spa and steam room on level 63, a rooftop garden, the Sky Gallery and Winter Garden on level 69 and The Society executive club with restaurant and bar. The payment plan is 5% on reservation, 20% on SPA signing, 35% during construction and 40% on completion.
