The office tower has a ground floor, two podium levels and 10 office floors, with shell-and-core offices of about 3,164–6,661 sq ft overlooking the golf course. Offices include Office (about 3,164 sq ft) from AED 6.1M; Office (about 3,769 sq ft) from AED 8.45M; Large office (about 6,661 sq ft). Office owners get smart meeting rooms with audiovisual systems, flexible and collaborative workspaces, meeting pods and relaxation areas, outdoor workspaces, indoor and outdoor gyms, terraces with golf-course views and direct access to DAMAC Mall's shops, restaurants and cafés. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 1% a month for 40 months and 40% on completion in August 2029.
