Amenities include a swimming pool and kids' pool, pool bar, sauna, gym, outdoor cinema, zen garden, yoga area, BBQ area, parents' lounge and children's recreation area. The payment plan is 10% on booking, 10% within 30 days, 50% in ten instalments of 5% during construction and 30% on completion, with handover in Q4 2028.
