Taj Wellington Mews is the first Taj-branded residence in the UAE, developed by BNW Developments with IHCL (The Indian Hotels Company) on Al Marjan Island, about 8 minutes from Wynn Al Marjan Island, the UAE's first integrated resort with a licensed casino, opening in September 2027. Two interconnected curved towers on a circular podium hold 336 serviced hotel apartments (185 studios, 117 one-bedroom, 26 two-bedroom and 8 three-bedroom) plus 6 retail units. 97 units were reserved within 24 hours of the April 2025 launch, and prices start from AED 1.5 million. Layouts include Studio (about 489 sq ft) from AED 1.6M; 1-bedroom apartment (about 1,005 sq ft) from AED 2.6M; 2-bedroom apartment (about 1,532 sq ft) from AED 4.6M; 3-bedroom apartment (about 2,048 sq ft) from AED 10M. Residents get Taj hotel services and amenities including a swimming pool, spa, gym with fitness café, all-day dining and specialty restaurants, a bar and lounge, an open-air cinema, a private meeting lounge and boardroom, valet parking and housekeeping. The payment plan is 10% on booking, 50% before completion and 40% on completion, with handover in Q1 2028.
