Yas Living is an urban apartment community by Aldar Properties on the northeast of Yas Island, overlooking the canal. Launched in October 2025, its 678 homes across three buildings sold out at launch, generating more than AED 1.3 billion, with 71% of buyers new to Aldar. The project targets an Estidama 3 Pearl rating. Homes include studios of about 355 sqft from around AED 980K, 1-bedroom apartments of about 764 sqft from around AED 1.7M, 2-bedroom apartments of about 1,152 sqft from around AED 2.5M, 2-bedroom + maid of about 1,658 sqft from around AED 3.35M and 3-bedroom + maid of about 2,110 sqft from around AED 4.5M. Residents get adult and kids' pools, cinema room, zen garden, games room, kids' play areas, gym with power room and shaded walkways. The payment plan is 5% on booking, 60% during construction and 35% on handover. Completion is expected in Q4 2028. The project is sold out with the developer, and homes now trade on the resale market.
