About Wynwood Horizon
Wynwood Horizon is Imtiaz Developments' first project in Meydan Horizon, unveiled in September 2025. The lagoon-front building of about 25 storeys holds 166 fully furnished homes, and Imtiaz targets completion in May 2028. Homes include 1-bedroom apartments of about 700 sqft from around AED 1.9M, 2-bedroom apartments of about 1,211 sqft from around AED 2.9M and 3-bedroom apartments of about 1,840 sqft from around AED 4.4M. Residents get infinity pool, kids' pool, clubhouse, gym, outdoor cinema, EV charging and fully furnished residences. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on handover. Completion is expected in Q2 2028. The project is sold out with the developer, and homes now trade on the resale market.
