About Al Vista
Al Vista is an AED 1.3 billion mixed-use development by Dubai Investments in Meydan Horizon, announced in December 2025. It pairs a 39-storey residential tower of 312 homes (198 one-bedroom, 98 two-bedroom and 16 three-bedroom units) with a 19-storey office tower of 120,000 sq ft. Homes include 1-bedroom apartments of about 722 sqft from around AED 1.63M, 2-bedroom apartments of about 1,182 sqft from around AED 2.8M and 3-bedroom penthouses of about 1,902 sqft from around AED 4.9M. Residents get infinity pool, children's pool, gym, basketball court, landscaped podiums and play areas. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 20% during construction, 20% on handover and 40% post-handover. Completion is expected in Q4 2027.
