Waldorf Astoria Residences Yas is the first Waldorf Astoria-branded residential project in Abu Dhabi, developed by Aldar Properties with Hilton along Yas Links Golf Course. All 133 fully furnished homes, from 1 to 4 bedrooms including duplexes and penthouses, sold on launch day in May 2025 for about AED 850 million. Residences overlook Yas Links and Yas Marina Circuit, and 76% of buyers were expats or international investors. Homes include 1-bedroom apartments of about 1,195 sqft from around AED 3.8M. Residents get fully furnished residences, waldorf Astoria concierge, private cinema, golf simulator, owners' lounge, spa, pool, fitness centre and valet. The payment plan is 5% on booking, 55% during construction and 40% on handover. Completion is expected in Q4 2028. The project is sold out with the developer, and homes now trade on the resale market.
