Baccarat Residences Saadiyat brings the 260-year-old French crystal house Baccarat to Abu Dhabi for the first time. Launched by Aldar Properties on 10 February 2026, the tower sits in Saadiyat Grove at the heart of the Saadiyat Cultural District, close to the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum and NYU Abu Dhabi. The building holds only 77 residences: two and three-bedroom homes, four-bedroom sky villas and two signature penthouses. The architecture is by Sou Fujimoto Architects, their first residential project in the UAE, and the interiors are by Los Angeles studio StudioPCH, with light and dark finish options. Residents have a private spa and wellness floor with a rain room, fitness suite, treatment rooms and relaxation lounge, plus an outdoor infinity pool with private cabanas. Services include 24-hour concierge and valet, bespoke private dining, private aviation arrangements and priority access to Baccarat events. Prices start from around AED 16M for a two-bedroom residence. The payment plan is 10% on booking, 60% during construction and 30% on handover, with completion expected in Q3 2029. Ownership is freehold.
