About The Symphony
The Symphony is an AED 1 billion mixed-use development by Imtiaz Developments in Meydan Horizon, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects and launched in November 2025. The roughly 40-storey building combines homes, offices and retail. Homes include 1-bedroom apartments of about 640 sqft from around AED 2M, 2-bedroom apartments of about 1,400 sqft from around AED 3.5M and 3-bedroom apartments of about 1,700 sqft from around AED 4.4M. Residents get lagoon-style pools, fitness centre, spa, yoga studio, steam and sauna and kids' play areas. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on handover. Completion is expected in Q2 2029.
