The Canopies is the first residential launch at Yas Point, Aldar's AED 6 billion district on the northern shore of Yas Island, with sales opening in late July 2026. It brings 592 apartments across six mid-rise buildings set in more than 20,000 sq m of landscaped open space, close to SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World and the upcoming Sphere Abu Dhabi. Studios start from around AED 1.7M, 1-bedrooms from AED 2.2M, 2-bedrooms from AED 3.4M and 3-bedrooms from AED 5.5M. Homes include studios of about 495 sqft from around AED 1.7M. Residents get over 20,000 sq m of landscaped open space, two gyms, two resort-style pools, co-working lounges, multi-purpose room, residents' lounge, retail and dining and waterfront promenade access. The payment plan is 5% on booking, 50% during construction and 45% on handover. Completion is expected in Q3 2030.
