Opula Residences is DHB Holding's first residential project in Abu Dhabi, launched with Betterhomes in May 2025 in Yas Bay on Yas Island. The single building of 192 homes offers studios to 4-bedroom penthouses, duplexes and townhouses with sea views and access to the Yas Bay promenade. Homes include studios of about 379 sqft from around AED 700K, 1-bedroom apartments of about 716 sqft, 2-bedroom apartments of about 1,448 sqft, 3-bedroom townhouses of about 2,890 sqft and 4-bedroom penthouses of about 3,322 sqft. Residents get infinity pool, fitness centre, sea views and yas Bay promenade access. The payment plan is 10% on booking, 30% during construction and 60% on handover. Completion is expected in Q4 2027.
