Manchester City Yas Residences is a USD 4.1 billion (AED 15 billion) football-branded community by Ohana Development on Yas Canal, Yas Island, spanning 1.67 million sq m with more than 2,000 homes. Launched in February 2026, it sold AED 6 billion of homes in 72 hours, and ground was broken in September 2026. More than 55% of the masterplan is green space, and it includes a Manchester City academy and training facilities. The payment plan is 5% on booking, 45% during construction and 50% on handover. Completion is expected in Q4 2029.
