Launched in May 2025, its 266 homes are delivered fully furnished in a style inspired by the Bab Al Qasr Hotel, and the building was 45.3% built by September 2026. Residents get complimentary Yas Beach access with a shuttle. Homes include 1-bedroom apartments of about 753 sqft from around AED 1.3M, 2-bedroom apartments of about 1,055 sqft from around AED 1.5M, 3-bedroom apartments of about 1,281 sqft from around AED 1.9M, 4-bedroom apartments of about 1,679 sqft from around AED 2.5M and 5-bedroom apartments of about 2,110 sqft from around AED 2.6M. The payment plan is 10% on booking, 70% during construction and 20% on handover. Completion is expected in Q1 2029. The project is sold out with the developer, and homes now trade on the resale market.
