Sunset Bay Grand is a waterfront residential building by Imtiaz Developments on Island A of Dubai Islands, launched in October 2025. The building rises to 10 residential floors above two podium parking levels and holds 98 homes: 51 one-bedroom apartments, 43 two-bedroom apartments and 4 three-bedroom duplexes. Imtiaz launched 1-bedrooms from AED 1.95M, 2-bedrooms from AED 2.91M and 3-bedroom duplexes from AED 4.71M. Homes are fully furnished with smart home technology and 3.2-metre ceilings. The project is now sold out with the developer, and units trade on the resale market. Residents get a sky pool, family pool, cabanas, clubhouse, gym, outdoor cinema, sunken and outdoor seating, kids' zone and BBQ area. The payment plan was 20% on booking, 40% in six construction instalments and 40% on completion. Imtiaz reports 14% overall progress, with completion estimated in December 2027.
