Beach Walk III is the third Beach Walk residence by Imtiaz Developments on Island A of Dubai Islands, launched in September 2024. It sits a 3-minute walk from the beach and next to the island's largest shopping mall, with direct access to parks. It offers fully furnished studios, 1-bedroom apartments of about 800 sqft that launched from around AED 1.9M, and 2-bedroom apartments of about 1,591 sqft from around AED 2.7M. The project is sold out with the developer, and units trade on the resale market. Residents get a rooftop infinity pool, clubhouse, gym, kids' zone, Jacuzzi, BBQ areas, outdoor yoga retreat, landscaped gardens and a grand entrance with meet-and-greet lounge. The payment plan was 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on completion. Imtiaz reports 95% overall progress, with handover planned for June 2026.
