Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers is Meraas' branded residential project at the Emirates Towers district on Sheikh Zayed Road, next to DIFC, the Museum of the Future and One Central, with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Announced in September 2025, it has 754 Jumeirah-branded residences in two towers designed by SCDA Architects with a distinctive cantilevered form, from 1-bedroom apartments to 3-bedroom duplexes and 4-bedroom homes, with column-free interiors in marble and wood. Prices start from AED 3.51 million. Layouts include 1-bedroom apartment (about 861 sq ft) from AED 3.51M; 2-bedroom apartment (about 1,115 sq ft) from AED 4.8M; 3-bedroom apartment (about 1,925 sq ft) from AED 10M; 3-bedroom duplex from AED 11M; 4-bedroom apartment (about 3,467 sq ft) from AED 25M. Residents get three sky terraces with infinity pools, a fitness centre with dedicated studios, an executive co-working lounge, a private cinema, a resort-style family pool, padel courts, a children's play zone and a double-height lobby with a garden courtyard, plus Jumeirah Signature Services such as wellness treatments, personal fitness coaching, private chefs, 24-hour concierge and vehicle management. The payment plan is 20% down, 40% during construction and 40% on handover, with handover expected in Q3 2030.
