About Sensi

Sensi by Reportage is a boutique residential building on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, and Reportage Properties' first project in the island's cultural heart. Launched in early 2026, the project broke ground in June 2026, about five months after launch. The single building holds 89 residences: two and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom townhouses, with contemporary architecture, clean lines and light-filled interiors. Two-bedroom apartments start from about 1,008 sqft, three-bedroom apartments from about 1,348 sqft, and the four-bedroom townhouses are about 4,770 sqft. Residents get an indoor swimming pool and kids' pool, a gym, landscaped gardens, a children's play area, BBQ area, business centre, coffee shops and retail, with 324 basement parking spaces and 24/7 security. Sensi sits about a minute from NYU Abu Dhabi and The Arts Center, 7 minutes from Zayed National Museum and around 19 minutes from SeaWorld Abu Dhabi. The payment plan is 70% during construction and 30% on handover, with completion expected in Q2 2029.
