Sei Saadiyat is a new residential community by Aldar Properties in the Saadiyat Cultural District on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, a short drive from Zayed National Museum, the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the upcoming Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. Sales opened on 16 September 2026. The name Sei means stillness and calm in Japanese, and the whole community is designed around wellness, relaxation, fitness and restorative living. The development will bring 778 homes across six buildings, with Phase 1 releasing 265 homes in two buildings. Residences include one, two and three-bedroom apartments, plus two-bedroom lofts, which are a first for Aldar's portfolio. One-bedroom apartments start from around 747 sqft and two-bedroom apartments from around 1,470 sqft. Residents get a Zen garden with a serenity pool, hot and cold garden pools, outdoor yoga decks, three indoor gyms, outdoor fitness areas and sports courts. The payment plan is 5% on booking, 45% during construction and 50% on handover. Completion is expected in Q4 2030. Sei Saadiyat is freehold and open to all nationalities.
