About RIMAS

RIMAS is the newest village on Jubail Island, the mangrove-lined master community by LEAD Development between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island. It is a low-density enclave of about 316 villas on plots of 800 to 1,716 sq m, spread over more than 540,000 sq m of land and bordered by protected mangroves, calm waterways and beaches. Homes range from 4-bedroom villas to 6-bedroom waterfront villas, each available in Breeze or Ember exterior finishes, and LEAD lists completion in Q1 2030. Villa types (gross sellable area) include Villa 4B · 4-bedroom (about 4,784 sq ft); Villa 4A · 4-bedroom (about 5,196 sq ft); Villa 5B · 5-bedroom (about 5,817 sq ft); Villa 5A · 5-bedroom (about 7,006 sq ft); Villa 6B · 6-bedroom waterfront (about 9,306 sq ft); Villa 6A · 6-bedroom waterfront (about 10,336 sq ft). Residents get a resort-style swimming pool, a beachfront gym, a community beach, a waterfront promenade, a kayak station, multi-use sports courts, cycling and running paths, an equestrian bridle path and the Mangrove Trail linking RIMAS to Jubail Mangrove Park. Gordonstoun School is on the island and the E12 highway connects to Saadiyat, Yas and Al Maryah Island in 10 to 15 minutes.
