About Bada Al Jubail

Bada Al Jubail is an island within Jubail Island: a secluded waterfront enclave of 111 mansions by LEAD Development, set among mangroves and marine waterways between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island. Every mansion is on the water, on plots of 2,000 to 6,000 sq m, with six to eight bedrooms, double-volume entrances, staff quarters, private beaches and sunset pontoons. The mansions come in eight typologies designed by internationally renowned architects, finished with imported Italian marble and fine hardwoods. Mansion types (gross sellable area) include Noor · 6-bedroom mansion (about 12,572 sq ft); Reem · 6-bedroom mansion (about 12,572 sq ft); Maya · 6-bedroom mansion (about 13,993 sq ft); Mira · 7-bedroom mansion (about 22,120 sq ft); Jamila · 8-bedroom mansion (about 26,673 sq ft); Laila · 8-bedroom mansion (about 33,196 sq ft). The community has its own Bada Marina with 30 boat berths, a yacht club, members' lounge and cigar bar, plus private beaches, a 3.42 km cycling route, jogging and walking tracks, parks, community centres, a mosque, schools, kids' play areas and sports facilities, with Jubail Mangrove Park nearby. The payment plan is 40% during construction and 60% on handover, with handover expected in Q3 2028. LEAD Development has not published prices; they are available on request.
