Jacob & Co. Residences is Mantra Properties' first Middle East project: 223 branded homes on Al Marjan Island created with Jacob & Co., the New York watch and jewellery house founded by Jacob Arabo. It is about 5 minutes from Wynn Al Marjan Island, the UAE's first integrated resort with a licensed casino, opening in September 2027. The single low-rise building offers studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments of about 301 to 1,409 sq ft, with prices from AED 1.01 million. More than AED 300 million was sold within 12 hours of launch in October 2025. Layouts include Studio (about 301 sq ft) from AED 1M; 1-bedroom apartment (about 753 sq ft) from AED 2.1M; 2-bedroom apartment (about 1,011 sq ft) from AED 2.8M. Amenities are grouped into branded clubs: The Wellness Club with rooftop fitness, yoga deck, sauna and zen garden; The Pool Club with infinity pool, pool bar and in-pool cabanas; The Observatory with viewing deck, lounge, golf simulator and outdoor kitchen; and a Family Zone with kids', lazy and glass-bottom pools, plus 24/7 concierge and smart home systems. The payment plan is 20% on booking, 20% during construction and 60% on handover, with handover expected in Q2 2028.
