About Yas Park Place

Yas Park Place is an apartment community by Aldar Properties in northern Yas Island, close to the future Disney Abu Dhabi and Yas Acres Golf. The first phase launched in April 2026 and generated more than AED 800 million in sales, with about 80% of phase-one homes sold within a week. The community has six mid-rise buildings around an oasis-style podium and targets an Estidama 3 Pearl rating. Homes include studios of about 380 sqft from around AED 1.4M, 1-bedroom apartments of about 520 sqft from around AED 1.9M, 2-bedroom apartments of about 808 sqft from around AED 3M, 3-bedroom apartments of about 1,369 sqft from around AED 5M and 2-bedroom duplexes of about 2,421 sqft. Residents get oasis-style podium with Aqua, Reflective and Zen gardens, co-working gardens, family and adult pools, indoor sports facility, nature play areas and amphitheatre. The payment plan is 5% on booking, 45% during construction and 50% on handover. Completion is expected in Q1 2030.
